PUSHtraining-Personal Training:
Personal Training
PUSHtraining is a Crossfit style signature designed and developed in-house at levels suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. Individually customized, the training is similar in structure but varies in intensity to accommodate all levels, ages, objectives and physical abilities. Participants can enter at any level and take control of their life, performance, and health by pursuing physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. Subscribers receive special rates and are also able to take advantage of PUSHperks offered for personal training discounts.
Group Classes-Now in Puerto Madero-Buenos Aires, Argentina

The classed will vary in size anywhere from 3-20 people depending on the day and week. The sessions will be coached by The Healthy PUSH and occasionally hosted by a guest coach. You can expect to make new friends and socialize while being pushed to perform at your best during every moment of your participation.
Monday-Friday 7:30pm-8:30pm. Sharp.
Saturday: 3:00pm-4:30pm.
Sunday: No class.
